Getting started with therapy is simple at Exhale Behavioral Health.
Follow the steps included on this page and you should be all set.
Virtual therapy sessions are available.
If you are sick, self-isolating, or practicing social distancing, we offer virtual sessions so you don’t have to miss your appointments. Schedule an online session or let us know if you would like to change a scheduled session into a virtual one.
Familiarize yourself with how we can help you and get to know our therapists. Our therapists have different backgrounds and areas of expertise. If there is someone specific you would like to schedule an appointment with you, let us know when you schedule your appointment.
We accept the following insurances:
- Cigna
- Blue Cross/Blue Shield Anthem
- United Healthcare (Optum)
- Aetna
An insurance reimbursement form will be provided upon request if out of network.
We also accept self-pay clients.
Fill out a New Client Information Form
After you completed the form, you will be sent a patient portal invite. There will be forms that need to be completed prior to making an appointment.
Step 4: Come to your appointment.
There is plenty of parking available. When you visit our practice, please check in at the front desk, grab yourself a warm drink, and make yourself comfortable while you wait for your session to start. Your therapist will come to get you in the lobby and invite you to take a seat in one of the therapy rooms. You may not realize it, but you just started therapy.
Please note there is a missed appointment fee of $100. To avoid this fee, you need to cancel your appointment by 3:00 PM the previous business day.
