Lauren serves as the Client Welcome & Growth Coordinator, where she helps create a seamless and welcoming experience for patients from their very first interaction with the practice through all practice needs. She enjoys building meaningful connections with patients while ensuring they receive the support, communication, and resources they need throughout their care journey.

In her role, Lauren coordinates clinician schedules, welcomes new clients, answers phones, processes referrals, manages prior authorizations, resolves pharmacy-related concerns, assists with paperwork, maintains the practice website, oversees marketing initiatives, and supports the day-to-day operations that keep the office running efficiently. She is passionate about improving both the patient experience and the continued growth of the practice through exceptional service and thoughtful organization.

Outside of work, Lauren is a devoted wife and mother who enjoys spending time with her family, coaching youth sports, and giving back to her community. She has volunteered in numerous community organizations and enjoys mentoring young people through athletics, helping them develop confidence, teamwork, and resilience. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, reading, crafting, and tackling crochet projects.
