About Me
Berryville Location
Raina White earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a Certificate in Military Resilience Counseling, and her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. Over the past five years, she has worked with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns, including trauma, behavioral challenges, self-harm, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and other mood-related disorders.
Raina believes that therapy is a collaborative process and strives to create a supportive, compassionate environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. She takes an integrative approach to treatment, tailoring each session to meet the unique needs of the individual. Her goal is to help clients build resilience, increase self-confidence, improve emotional well-being, and develop the skills needed to lead more fulfilling lives.
Her clinical experience includes utilizing resilience-based counseling, sand tray therapy, play-based interventions, narrative therapy techniques, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). By drawing from a variety of evidence-based approaches, Raina works alongside clients to foster healing, personal growth, and lasting change.
Outside of the therapy room, Raina enjoys getting lost in a good book, spending time crafting, and taking long walks. One of her favorite reads is Man’s Search for Meaning by Viktor Frankl, a powerful memoir and psychological exploration about how finding purpose and meaning can help people endure even the greatest suffering.
